A diagnostic engineering complex from Moscow, called "Strona," has been brought to Petrozavodsk to assess a house damaged by a gas explosion on January 6th. The complex will use mobile equipment to analyze the structural integrity of the building, and the findings will inform a decision by the emergency situation commission about the building's safety for future habitation.
